Cancellation and Refund Policy: We understand that sometimes plans change. However, due to the nature of our services, all bookings are non-refundable. No Refunds All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows. Extenuating Circumstances In the event of an emergency or unforeseen extenuating circumstance (e.g., serious illness, family emergency, natural disaster), we may consider a one-time rescheduling or credit at our sole discretion. Documentation may be required. Please contact us as soon as possible if such a situation arises. How to Request a Review To request consideration due to extenuating circumstances, please email brooke@confidentscholars.com within 48 hours of the original appointment date with a detailed explanation and any relevant documentation.
